Commission Structure

- RebootMBA's affiliate program pays a 20% flat commission on all course sales

- Commissions are paid only on successful course purchases that have not been refunded

- The cookie lifetime is set to 30 days and follows a last-click attribution model

- The minimum payout threshold is INR 9800

Promotional Guidelines

We encourage promotional methods that add value to RebootMBA and bring us legitimate, committed students. Here are recommended promotional approaches:

Approved Promotional Methods:

1. Share personal experiences with clients, customers, or friends about RebootMBA using your affiliate link (with proper disclosure)

2. Create honest reviews, blog posts, or videos about online business/entrepreneurship that naturally incorporate RebootMBA

3. Share on social media platforms with appropriate disclosures

4. Answer relevant questions in communities and forums, providing value before mentioning your affiliate link

5. Create educational content about starting online businesses where RebootMBA is relevant

Required Disclosures

When promoting RebootMBA, you must:

- Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship

- Include disclaimers in reviews and promotional content

- Make disclosures visible and prominent

Example disclosure: "Disclosure: This post/video contains affiliate links. If you purchase through these links, I earn a commission at no extra cost to you."

Prohibited Promotional Methods:

1. Coupon/discount websites

2. Paid advertising using RebootMBA's trademark/brand name

3. Pay-per-click marketing

4. Misleading or false information about the course

5. Any form of spam (email, comments, social media)

6. Illegal or offensive promotional activities

7. Posing as a RebootMBA representative

8. Cloning or copying RebootMBA's website or content

Legal Requirements

Affiliates must:

- Comply with all applicable privacy laws, including GDPR

- Follow FTC guidelines regarding endorsements and testimonials

- Provide honest opinions based on actual experience

- Not make unsubstantiated claims about the course

- Obtain proper consent before using others' personal data

Product Reviews Guidelines

When creating reviews:

- Must be based on actual experience with the course

- Cannot make unrealistic claims about results or earnings

- Must include clear affiliate disclosures

- Should reflect honest opinions and experiences

- Must be transparent about the commission structure

Social Media Guidelines

When promoting on social media:

- Include disclosure in the same post as the affiliate link

- Use hashtags like #ad or #affiliate

- Follow each platform's terms of service

- Maintain transparency about the affiliate relationship

Commission Payment Terms

- Commissions are paid only after the refund period (30 days) has expired

- Refunded purchases will not earn commissions

- We reserve the right to reject commissions for violations of these terms

- Payments are made to PayPal/WISE account every 10th of each month

Account Management

- Affiliate accounts inactive for 6 months may be deactivated

- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

- Material changes to these terms will be communicated via email
